Is the Discovery Visit a workout?
No. Your initial visit is a 30–45-minute opportunity to meet a coach and tour the studio. Your two complimentary 1:1 training sessions are scheduled separately.
Do I have to join?
No. The Discovery Visit and two 1:1 sessions are complimentary, with no membership commitment. You do not need to decide during your visit.
Do I need a payment card?
