The problem we set out to solve
Two models dominate fitness. The big-box gym sells you a door code and hopes you figure it out. The boutique studio sells you a class that forty other people are also doing, at a pace set by whoever is loudest at the front.
Neither accounts for the founder who cannot afford to be tired at four in the afternoon. Or the retiree who fully intends to be on the dance floor at a grandchild's wedding rather than watching from a chair. Or the new parent rebuilding a body that spent a year on someone else's schedule. Or the athlete who has plateaued and does not know which number to chase next. Or the executive who has built everything else and knows, privately, that fitness is the one column they have never actually managed.
Aeon exists for these people. We built a concierge performance and longevity studio where the program is written for one body, the room is arranged around that session, and the numbers that shape the plan are measured rather than assumed.
What that looks like in practice
The floor is organized into private training pods. When you arrive, your equipment is set and reserved — no waiting, no negotiating a bench, no adjusting your session around someone else's superset. Sessions and services run in 30-minute blocks, which is the difference between training consistently and training when it happens to be convenient.
Before we program anything, we measure. Metabolic testing on the KORR CardioCoach™ establishes your resting metabolic rate and true training zones. Styku 3D body composition scanning gives us circumference and posture data precise enough to show change that a bathroom scale hides completely. Where it is useful, comprehensive lab panels read by a clinician fill in what training data cannot.
Recovery is programmed rather than optional. Cold plunge, infrared sauna, sports massage and work with our licensed physical therapist are scheduled into the week alongside training, because adaptation happens in the recovery, not in the session.
Coaching and clinical, in the same building
Most people who want medical support for their health goals end up managing three relationships that never talk to each other: a trainer, a physician and whoever is guessing at their nutrition.
At Aeon, medically supervised weight loss, hormone therapy and clinician-guided peptide protocols are delivered by licensed providers working from the same diagnostics your coach is programming against. Clinical services always begin with a consultation and appropriate lab work, and they are never a substitute for training, nutrition and sleep — they are a way of removing obstacles that training alone cannot move.
Built for North Fulton
We are on McFarland Parkway in Alpharetta, which puts us within a short drive of Milton, Johns Creek, Roswell, Cumming and Duluth. Members range from executives and physicians to parents restarting after a decade away and masters athletes still competing.
What they have in common is not fitness level. It is that they want the hour they spend here to be the most useful hour of their day, and they want somebody accountable for whether it is.
