These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of this website and, where relevant, your relationship with Aeon Wellness Club ("Aeon", "we", "us"), a performance and longevity studio located at 899 McFarland Parkway, Suite 400, Alpharetta, GA 30004. By using this website or booking a service with us, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or book a service.
Acceptable use of the website
You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes. You will not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site or its underlying systems, interfere with the site's normal operation, use automated tools to collect content from the site, impersonate another person, or submit false or misleading information through the contact form. We may restrict or terminate access for anyone who violates these Terms.
No medical advice, no physician-patient relationship
Content on this website, including information about training, diagnostics, recovery, and clinical services, is provided for general informational purposes only. It is not medical advice and is not a substitute for evaluation by a qualified healthcare provider. Viewing this website, submitting the contact form, or booking an appointment does not create a physician-patient relationship or any other clinical relationship with Aeon or with any provider referenced on the site. Booking and cancellation
Appointments for training, diagnostics, recovery, and clinical services are booked through a third-party scheduling system linked from this website. Booking confirmations, availability, cancellation windows, and any related policies are governed by that scheduling system at the time you book. We recommend reviewing the cancellation terms presented during booking, as they may change from time to time.
Assumption of risk for physical training
Participation in personal training, group training, golf performance work, and other physical activity offered by Aeon carries inherent risk, including the risk of injury. By participating, you acknowledge that you are voluntarily assuming that risk and confirm that you are physically able to participate or have consulted a physician about doing so. If you experience pain, dizziness, shortness of breath, or any other concerning symptom during a session, you agree to stop and inform your coach immediately. Nothing in this section limits your rights under Georgia law that cannot be waived.
Intellectual property
The text, graphics, photography, and other content on this website belong to Aeon Wellness Club or are used with permission, and are protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may view and share pages of this website for personal, non-commercial purposes, but you may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without our prior written consent.
